We assess eligibility for Australian visas.
If there is more than one option, we explain the benefits and possible drawbacks of each to help you make an informed decision about the best visa to pursue. When we believe that you do not immediately qualify for a visa, we provide strategic advice about what you could do to qualify in the future.
If you are thinking of coming to live in Australia or you are already here and would like to stay but not sure where to start, we can help with finding a migration strategy.
Our services are available internationally to:
We invite you to contact us for an initial appraisal of your circumstances. The purpose of the appraisal is to help us understand your immigration objectives and the nature of advice or assistance you are seeking.
Based on what you tell us, we can undertake a preliminary assessment of your eligibility for an Australian visa. If you have been refused a visa or are the subject of a visa related decision we can look at the possibility of seeking merits review. An initial appraisal is also the starting point if you have commenced an immigration process and you need clarification or advice in relation to a particular issue.
There is no cost for the initial appraisal and you are under no obligation to engage us to provide professional services.
During a consultation you can explain your immigration objectives, alert us to any issues or concerns and, ask questions that relate to your specific situation. We will ask questions that assist us to provide frank and accurate immigration advice as well as advise you on prospects of success.
Importantly, we look at your situation from every angle so that we can present you with all options, including those you may not have considered.
A consultation is also appropriate if you want to live or stay in Australia and you need help finding a migration strategy.
The consultation fee of A$270 is credited in full towards our professional fees if you proceed to engage our services.
Following the consultation, you receive a detailed written report with comprehensive, accurate and practical advice.
The post-consultation written report is based on the information you provide and our research of relevant legislation, case law and policy. We also look into processing and procedural requirements that relate to your situation.
The written report will:
Our objective is to give you guidance on relevant migration law and provide information that will help you make a well-informed decision, particularly if there is more than one option.
When we send you the written report, we will also provide information about how we can provide further assistance, together with an estimate of costs for our professional services (a ‘Fee Estimate’).
Once you have received our written report, you will need to consider whether or not you might benefit from immigration assistance and our services.
We appreciate the significance of finding the right person to entrust with your immigration matter and understand that it is a difficult decision.
We are committed to providing a return on your investment in our professional services. Read about how we make a difference.
If you believe we can help and we decide to work together, we will agree on the level of service and costs before we commence work. Our assistance ranges from preparing an application with a persuasive submission to help you make an application independently, through to full representation where we manage your application from lodgement to decision. If you have decided to pursue an application on your own, we can also review what you have prepared and give helpful advice prior to lodgement so you can be confident that you are doing everything correctly.
In all cases, you will know up front what we will do and what it will cost. This will take the form of an ‘Agreement for Services and Fees’ and is generally written confirmation of the costs that were specified in the ‘Fee Estimate’.
